Sausage Crust Pizza
My Paleo life has created the space for me to really get creative in the kitchen especially when it comes to foods directly connected to my Italian culture. Pizza was the hardest thing for me to give up eating. Honestly I admit to being a pizza lover at heart.
Sausage would be another thing I love and early on in my conscious eating life I discovered Mulay’s Sausage and my love affair began.
Mulay’s products are gluten free, paleo, allergen free and all made using family recipes that spans generations. This woman owned, family run company speaks the language of my Italian heart. Literally everything about this company I love.
Did I mention their daughter Lyza is the source of my life inspiration? Not only does Mulay’s make the best sausage, but they raise incredible humans. More on this later.
I am pleased to share one of many versions of sausage crusted pizza. Yes it is a thing and I suggest you jump on this fun twist on an age old classic. Every time I make this there is never any left over. Just saying.
