Raw CBD Infused Citrus Lemon Cheesecake

I love cooking with CBD and find using it in many recipes so easy.

This raw infused cheesecake a perfect example. The citrus lemon flavor make it always a crowd pleaser and easy to make. Best part of this recipe is it will support almost any diet restrictions with this delicious CBD infused yum.

Infusing foods with CBD is another delivery mechanism that I have found supports my best life in a form I love which is food.

This recipes is fun, simple and a tasty treat without any bad stuff. In fact it is loaded with healthy fats, citrus and CBD oil. All the ingredients support our bodies at the cellular level which is my favorite way to live.

Raw CBD Infused Citrus Lemon Cheesecake

  • Serves 12

  • Paleo, Vegan

  • Dairy, Gluten, Refined Sugar, Grain Free

  •  Total Time – 30 minutes

 Tools Needed –

  • Springform Pan

  • Food Processor

Ingredients

Crust –

  1. 2 cup raw almonds

  2. 4 pitted dates from The Date Lady (link has discount code)

  3. 3 tbsp. melted coconut oil

  4. 3 tbsp. of The Date Lady syrup (link has discount code)

Cake –

  1. 1.5 cups raw cashews (soaked for 24 hours and strained)

  2. 1 lemon zest

  3. 5 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  4. 5 pumps Elixinol Citrus Liposome (code BOSS10 saves)

  5. 2 tbsp of vanilla

  6. 1 teaspoon of turmeric

  7. Fresh rosemary for garnish 

Directions –

Crust -

  • Mix all crust ingredients in food processor until a texture that would work for the crust of the cake.

  • Make 3 medium size balls and set aside in the refrigerator to use for garnish

  • Take remaining ingredients and push flat into pan covering bottom to act as a crust for the cake.

 Cake -

  • Mix all ingredients into food processor until creamy. About 5 to 7 minutes

  • Take entire mixture and add on top of the crust in the springform pan

  • Take spatula and smooth out the top

  • Place entire cake into the freezer for at least 4 hours

  • Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before you are ready to serve

  • Grab the balls out the refrigerator and fresh rosemary decorating cake with both.

  • Serve and enjoy
