Eli's Date Drop Cookies

Eli's Date Drop Cookies

As many of you know while the BAM van was being built out I lived with my daughter and her boyfriend for a few months. God bless them both for this. I know how much of a sacrifice it was to have me and Gidget.

Not only that, but I learned Eli is quite the baker.

While living with them I introduced Eli to Otto's Cassava Flour  & Nutpods and the next thing I knew I was waking up to delicious cookies.

Eli made the most incredible recipe for what I consider to be a breakfast cookie and I am proud to share it with you because they are tasty beyond words. This recipe does have dairy using grass-fed butter.

When I left on tour he packed me several and I savored every bite. Officially I have the recipe and an oven in the van. I see these in my future and hope you will too!

Eli's Date Drop Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups of Otto's Cassava Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground organic cloves
  • 2 sticks of grass-fed butter
  • 1.5 cups of Nutiva Coconut Sugar
  • 3 large pasture raised eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Soda
  • 2 tablespoon Nutpods origianl
  • 2 cups of organic chopped dates
  • 1 cup organic chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened chopped chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Have butter and eggs at room temperature.
  • Mix wet ingredients and fold in flour and dry ingredients one at a time. (Eli does this by hand the entire process) mixing well.
  • Add nuts, dates and chips mixing together.
  • Place about 3/4 tablespoon of batter on tray and bake for about 12 -15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Cinnamon Breakfast Bars

There are few times in life you meet people and you know from the moment of introduction you know they are 'good people.' A few years ago I was at a party thrown by the founder of Tin Star Foods and I met Sadie & John the founders of Otto's Cassava Flour and knew from the word go they were 'good people' as my grandmother would say.

Hearing the company was named after their son Otto confirmed my gut feeling.

I have decided to give up nuts for 90 days at some point in 2018. I have terrible allergies that we cannot seem to get under control. Allergies are an autoimmune issue and I am committed to changing the severity of my allergies. I am allergic to mold and many nuts are prone to mold. So nuts gone for 90 days will happen. Until this becomes reality I will be working hard to find replacement foods that support me mentally and physically during the transition.

IMG_0936.JPG

As luck would have it cassava flour is not only gluten and grain free it is nut free. BAM.

I have been working on the menu list for the tours cooking classes and knew I needed menu idea's that were nut free. Grateful Otto's Naturals Cassava Flour makes it easy. I have been busy in the kitchen these last few weeks and decided to try a cinnamon breakfast bar recipe using Otto's.

Luckily I am living with a friend who was more than happy to be my taste tester and we could not decide on one recipe so I will share two versions: a paleo and primal.

The difference in the two versions involves using grass-fed butter or Ghee.

Believe it or not the texture and taste is quite different. Me and my friend Clair agreed that both were worthy of sharing. You will have to be the judge as to which you like better.  Enjoy and report back.

Thank you Sadie, John and Otto for making my healing transition delicious and easy using your Cassava Flour. I am pleased to say that Otto's has joined the tour as a sponsor and is helping support the community I serve. BAM.

CINNAMON BREAKFAST BARS

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Combine flour, salt, baking soda and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
  • Add 2 tablespoons coconut sugar, ghee or butter, egg and date paste in a bowl using a mixer blend well until creamy. Next add coconut milk mixing well. Note mixture will be thick.
  • Grease a square 8 inch pan and place in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done.
  • Once out of the oven mix the remaining coconut sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle on warm bars. These bars are delicious hot or room temperature. The texture changes based on temperature and both are BAM.

A Sugar, Dairy & Gluten Free Treat: Apples Ahoy!

apple-chocolate.jpg

By: V Capaldi I am doing my 1st Whole Life Challenge and loving it. 8 weeks of clean eating all in an effort to stop my addiction to honey.

Yes folks I have a honey addiction.

It used to be jars upon jars of honey. Now we have no longer maintained that level of addiction, but having honey in my diet often is not a good look for this body.

Yearly after the holiday honey feast I do a detox.  This year and probably next it is a Whole Life Challenge which means my lifestyle is clean and mean right now. However I still like to have an after dinner treat no matter how much I detox.

Here is my latest "go-to" treat that is sweet with nothing added beyond what mother nature puts in the fruit.

Simple and fun to make for the whole damn family. I like to set up a topping bar and let everyone have fun creating their favorite treats:

A 5 Star Chef Born at 52+

A 5 Star Chef Born at 52+

IMG_8869.jpg

By: V Capaldi Whoever in their right mind would have pinned me a rated 5 star ***** chef at the age of 52+?

Are you kidding me my bedtime is 8pm. The role of chef is kicking it up at notch at 8pm. Still figuring this out.

For the last month through the company Cozymeal I have had the pleasure of sharing a Paleo kitchen with almost 100 people.  These engaging, interactive classes have been a whirlwind surprise, wonderful journey &  just plan fun.

IMG_8794
IMG_8794

As "Chef V" I specialize in corporate team building events and could not be happier.  The groups of community I get to engage with in this role are uplifting, inspiring and offer everyone an all around good time. In addition my years of building small companies and studies in community psychology offer a truly rich experience.

Most groups insist on a competition element which I LOVE!  Imagine if you will Iron Chef meets Survivor.

Each Corporate Team Building Cooking Class with Chef V includes:

  • Teams
  • Competition
  • Active Engagement
  • Timed & Measured Outcomes
  • Thankfulness Reception
  • Closing Dance Party

Can I tell you folks take this seriously every time.  Which jazzes the Philly Italian girl/chef in me.

IMG_8843
IMG_8843

As in life this role of "Chef " teaches me life lessons at every event.  The inspiration/lessons I am gaining in the kitchen with others is where I am feeling the most personal growth as " Chef V". Watching varied communities use ingredients in different ways, marrying things in a way and/or preparing in a way I never thought have been a strong personally full-filling part as a teaching chef with Cozymeal.

Ever wonder how to get to a place you never dreamed?

Thought about doing something yet believing it is impossible?

If so, try my TOP 5 BAM Outcome Rules:

  1. Peek into every door
  2. Never limit yourself
  3. Open your mind
  4. Create space for the process
  5. Believe in yourself

This week I was inspired by a client from The Four Seasons Hotel who participated in a team building cooking class with me. For years I have been dipping things in chocolate & adding ingredients to stick to the chocolate.  This weeks team simply melted & mixed everything together. This process created a different taste, texture and dessert using the same ingredients I had for years and it creating a tasty new dessert.  These delicious dipped strawberries won the competition!

The only negative comment was the dish was ugly. Straight up not pretty. Not going to lie. #damnit

Food has got to be pretty is my story.

So I thought all day yesterday and at some point yesterday found myself in the kitchen with this recipe in my mind. I will be damn if it is not tasty and gorgeous.

Simply perfect for holiday entertaining and SIMPLE!

So damn easy breezy it is ridic is all I am saying.  Holiday BAM!

The end. You are welcome.

Take pics & post. Damn it.

Roasted Fennel

indiegogo-2.jpg

By: V Capaldi When you are 100% Italian you grow up enjoying fennel and this is my story.

I love to add fennel this time of year to many dishes and now that I am known as "Chef V"working with Cozymeal I serve fennel a lot learning that for many it is their 1st experience eating this flavorful veggie.

Fennel is also used to make liqueur & how my family was known to get their fennel on.  Part of our charm!

It was a real treat to have it served as a side dish. Not a part of my family holiday traditions yet a part of my modern day holiday traditions. I like to include fennel to any holiday meal!

The Tradition of Holidays and FREE Sugar Free Pear Butter Recipe!

2014-11-29-15.33.25.jpg

By: V Capaldi Happy Thankful Week everyone!  I have so much to be thankful for this year as in every year. I LOVEthis time of year for so many reasons.  Tradition is what really rings true for me.

Being raised Italian we had many cultural traditions especially around this time of year.

Today I live in LA with no family beyond my daughter. She spends her holidays with her fathers large Italian family back east and my traditions have changed to reflect me and my person. Although not inherited, taught or learned traditions they are still important and represent the person I am and keep me grounded.

Some of my most loved traditions:

  • Vision Boarding
  • Having a Fresh Christmas Tree
  • Lighting a candle everyday from Thanksgiving till New Years that brings those I have loved and lost into the space
  • Setting resolutions
  • Walking the Venice canals on Christmas Eve
  • Making homemade gifts (see recipe below)
  • Playing holiday music everyday
Unknown-1

Do not let the "Hallmark" version of the holidays be what defines you this season. Create your dream holiday and fill it with traditions that  resonate your spirit and person.

Happy Holiday season 2015 to you and yours!

Big Anniversary & Squash Pudding

S86A0637.jpg

By V Capaldi

How is that for a blog post title? Kinda sums up my life right now.  2 years ago this week I stood up for my beliefs and  person and made the decision to follow my heartand passion to lead a conscious life.  This gal said goodbye to the idea that healthcare is only for those who can afford it and embarked on a healthcare is self-care life.  In typical V fashion, November 2013 I jumped and decided to see if my Bag of Tricks was filled with enough tools to lead an empowered life.

Today the brand of PaleoBOSS Lady™ (PBL) shares tools of empowerment with over

50, 000 people daily & growing!

Happy 2nd Anniversary to PBL!

I could not be more excited, proud and certain of the direction the brand known as PaleoBOSS Lady™ is heading. Literally the movement is growing everyday with opportunities continuing to present themselves that continue to spread the PBL message in an accessible culturally relevant way.

The cultural norm is what the brand of PBL questions every day.

A huge message of the brand is sharing with others how to change their narrative.  One narrative we would like to change is that 25% of children are taking medication in America.

[embed]https://youtu.be/Axpvc3iDXB0[/embed]

Are you really okay with this?  Children are our hope to sustainable change.

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”   Hippocrates

The brand of PBL takes us back to the kitchen offering experiences beyond eating.  Mediums like the soon to be released South Philly Paleo Cookbook shares food, family and culture in a way that not only provides insight, recipes and games, but begins to lay the foundation for others to envision their cultural path to consciousness.

PBL had the opportunity to be filmed for a movie that will share my life story. This film is set to release April 2016 in 1100 theaters worldwide and is beyond surreal.  During the filming I lived with Dr. Wahls & her family where she ntroduced me to a dessert that is simply out of this world: Squash Pudding.  This sugar and dairy free dessert was delicious and super easy to make.

Dr. Terry Wahls Squash Pudding (adapted from memory)

IMG_8005
IMG_8005

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Put one can of coconut in refrigerator for up to 4 hours with 24 being ideal.
  • Add all ingredients, but refrigerated coconut milk to Vitamix/blender of choice until creamy and mixed.
  • Add water to desired consistency.
  • Spoon into cups and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • 5 minutes before serving take canned coconut milk from the refrigerator placing all, but the liquid into a mixing bowl.
  • Using a hand mixer whip into a cream adding honey and pinch of cinnamon.
  • When ready to serve add whipped cream to the top with cinnamon sprinkles if you like.

Dr. Wahls used a Vitamix to make the pudding and I will be using a Cuisinart.

Pumpkin-palooza!! Feeling like a fall comfort food weekend...

Screen-shot-2015-10-24-at-11.00.28-AM-e1445698942918.png

Happy Saturday! I know... I know... pumpkin is everywhere and you're probably already over it...  but I woke up needing a serious fall fix this morning.  Here in the Mid-Atlantic we've been bouncing between frost warnings and springlike warmth.  It's a bit crazy!  And to top it off, family schedules and life chaos have been stressful to keep up with this month.  So I've decided that it's a full on, fall comfort weekend on the home front. Mother nature agrees because the leaves are in absolute fall radiance mode this morning, and it's actually a bit crisp out!!

I spent my morning coffee time going through PBL's recipes, and here's some of what's going to be happening in the LL kitchen this weekend.  (I'll put links in to help you find products fast, but I order most things from Thrive Market online, and have them in my pantry so I'm always ready if I have a craving.) The bonus... everything is refined sugar free!!!  Sweet!

Pumpkin Pancakes

My mouth is watering right now!!  And as soon as I write this, I'm about to start pouring the batter onto the griddle!! I saw these on V's facebook page and called her for the recipe.

paleo_pumpkin_pancakes
paleo_pumpkin_pancakes
pumpkin_pancakes_in skillet
pumpkin_pancakes_in skillet

Put everything in a NutriBullet (can also use a blender or hand mixer & bowl) and blend until smooth.  Heat up cast iron griddle or skillet.  Melt enough ghee to lightly coat the pan.  When a drop of water sizzles it's ready to go!  Pour in batter to desired pancake size.  Flip once bubbles in batter start to pop and hold their shape.  Pancakes are done when the second side is lightly browned.

Pumpkin Smoothies

This one doesn't look pretty, so I'm posting a "before" pic ... but V promises me that it tastes amazing!!  Or as she said: "Tastes delish, but looks ugly" (I'll post an instagram when I make this and let you know how mine comes out!)

1/2 can Organic Pumpkin Puree

1/2 Can Organic Coconut Milk (unsweetened, full fat)

1/2 - 1 avocado (depending on size)

1 cup Kale leaves (no stems!)

1 date

A few good dashes of Pumpkin Pie Spice

Put it all in your NutriBullet and blend for 1 minute.

Pumpkin Granola

Screen shot 2015-10-24 at 9.39.17 AM
Screen shot 2015-10-24 at 9.39.17 AM

I'm going to use V's recipe from Breaking Muscle to make this, but instead of cinnamon, I'm using my Pumpkin Pie Spice again.  Might as well get the most out of it, right?!

If I'm still in the mood for more pumpkin, I just might make these amazing looking Pumpkin Pie Bites from Michelle Smith for Sunday dinner dessert.  I watched her periscope as she made them last night... and that may be what started this whole pumpkin weekend obsession...

If you try any of these, or have any other amazing, refined sugarless fall treats you think I should try, please let me know!!  I'm always looking for something new to add to the healthy, yummy, comfort food repertoire. Enjoy your weekend!

Party all the Time

S86A0570.jpg

By: V Capaldi Anyone who knows me well can vouch for the fact that I have been known to "hit the streets" and dance on bars a time or two in this life.  In addition this gal is a slamming cook and party planner.  My mom taught me long ago the art of throwing a good party and my grandmother the way to own your kitchen.  This pairing is the foundation of many if not all of the recipes offered by me in all of my cookbooks.

BadassBrunchCoverJPEG

Today, Team PBL, is pleased to announce the re-release of the PBL line of original recipe party planners!  Updated new recipes and photo's fill the pages of these inclusive Paleo Perfect events:

Paleo Perfect Holidays

Badass Brunch

Titillating Tapas

When I began my conscious living journey regarding food Paleo at 1st seemed overwhelming and way too labor intensive for this 'no hands' girl. At the time I had little to no use of my hands bilaterally due to the devastating effects of Multiple Sclerosis on my body.  Little did I know that the time spent in the kitchen is no more than when I was eating processed unhealthy foods. The difference is in the planning.  Sad, but true the planning is needed because eating healthy, organic and chemical free food is not the norm in most places so planning is needed for this to be a reality for most.

How backwards is our thinking that this is the reality?

With the holiday and entertaining season fast approaching the Paleo Perfect Party Series is the answer to your prayers.  Not only do they offer original delicious easy to prepare recipes they include helpful tips to ensure your party goes off without a hitch except sore feet from dancing and cheek bones from laughing.

PBL_PaleoPerfectHolidayCover-2

Badass Brunch and Titillating Tapas offer everything you need to throw a care free conscious party.  These party planners offer meal planning, shopping lists, music and a libation station to assure you have everything perfect while enjoying every second. Paleo Perfect Holidays pages are filled with my mom mom & grandmother's recipes made Paleo perfect.

Fall 2015 & New Apple Butter Recipe

By:  V Capaldi

Happy Fall 2015!

I don't know about you, but this time of year is my fav!  I love everything about the fall season and cannot wait to snuggle indoors and nest a little.  This planning fool has already starting using this time to consider my goals for 2016.  Not to sound too ahead of the game, but looking at the current year automatically puts my future dreams & desires at the forefront of my mind.

For many of us living on autopilot is where we tend to be.

Seasons come and go without acknowledgement, refection or consideration of higher purpose.

I am not going to lie that I find this troubling.

Last time I checked this was not a dress rehearsal.  We only have right here and right now.

Team PBL is so excited about the Up Your Volume Webinar series that starts in October designed to engage you in life and living.  By the end of this series you will have raised the roof on you ending 2015 on point!

This 7 part series is offered at the remarkable price of $35 for the entire series with limited spaces remaining so do not delay.

Healthcare Bible

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of seeing 1st hand the power of Dr. Wahls, her family and The Wahls Protocol teachings to change lives beyond any healthcare science I have ever witnessed.  None of what took place at the symposium was based around consumer driven principles or sponsored by a drug company as in traditional healthcare.  Instead all was based around accessibility with self-care tools of empowerment shared by the buckets!

Friday Friend & Slow Cooking Artichokes

S86A0545.jpg

By: V Capaldi Last week I missed the Friday Friend feature because I was in Iowa at the Dr. Terry Wahls Symposium and I apologize.  Tried for a Sunday make-up day, but that did not happen either.  Such a test of 'riding the wave' for this Type "A" gal.

I am uber excited to talk about this weeks Friday Friend for 2 reasons.  The 1st is because I love being a Roll Model and sharing the power of Yoga Tune Up (YTU) Therapy Balls!  The YTU balls are one of the most important tools in my wellness "Bag of Tricks" and support my program no matter where or when I need them. I have been an avid Roll Model for over 5 years and my body and person are grateful.

Just as I stalked Dr. Wahls about my amazing healing journey following The Wahls Protocol I stalked Jill Miller the founder of YTU to share with her my healing story of movement using the YTU balls.  The power of self myo-fascial release to help me to "work better in my body" are beyond description and should be experienced by each of you 1st hand!

Self Massage w/ Jill Miller

I encourage you all to click hereand invest the $15 for a set of YTU balls and get rolling. Literally at the symposium I gave a talk and so many of you were singing the praises of how well your body felt in just that short time.

Another way to get to know the power of the balls is to invest in a copy of The Roll Modelby Jill Miller.  I am proud to be featured  sharing my story of healing using YTU.  This book has photographs that take the guess work out of the poses and I find it to be the  perfect compliment and very helpful as a YTU fan.   A bible on wellness actually!

Slow Cooker Lemon Infused Artichokes

Can I just tell you this rules and is delicious beyond words!

What a nice transitional dish from our grilled summer foods to the slow cooking of the fall and winter season.  I have been making artichokes non stop these last few weeks and each time reminded of my family and Italian culture.

Growing up my maternal grandmother made killer Italian stuffed artichoke that inspired the recipe in my Paleo PerfectHolidays e-cookbook.  Enjoy this new version of one of my cultural family favorites!

Ingredients:

3 Artichokes trimmed and prepped (snip off pointy ends using scissors trimming tops and bottom)

1 Lemon

1 Bay leaf

1/4 cup Kasandrino's EVO

Pink Himalayan sea salt

Fresh ground black pepper

1 cup of bone broth or filtered water

Tin Star ghee or Brown Butter melted

Slow Cooker or stove top for 25 minutes covered

Directions:

Place trimmed and cleaned artichoke in Crock pot with 1/4 inch fluid on bottom. Add bay leaf, squeeze lemon, S&P drizzling with EVO cooking slow for 4 hours. Serve with melted Ghee of your choice. Enjoy!

Friday Friends are picked randomly by PBL and will be across all conscious living idea's.  Anything that will help us along our journey is free game as a Friday Friend.  The end.

BUDDHA TEAS

This company and their website have taken tea to a whole new level.  Literally you can spend so much time getting lost in the wonderful land of tea devouring every written word on their site imagining how magnificent each tea must taste.  I am glad my 1st choice I allowed the folks at Buddha Tea to decide for me.  They asked me what my preferences were regarding tea and delivered a delicious tea that blew me away: Papaya Leaf Tea!

The Papaya Leaf is full of antioxidants and a great source of Vitamin C which is a huge bonus and it tastes delicious!

Enjoy and share your uses for this delicious sugar and gluten free BBQ sauce!  Happy BBQ'ing!

Ingredients:

Directions:

Throw all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat until blended. Adding water to desired consistency. I prefer my BBQ sauce thick and 1/3 cup of water seemed to work perfectly for this smiling fool. Experiment with what suites your palate and enjoy!

Smoothies are not a new way of eating however trendy they may feel. Blended drinks have been a staple for years, but the recent conscious living movement has propelled them to the next level as they are now often considered a meal. Lots of controversies in the public regarding movements like vegan, Paleo and such. Many claiming these types of conscious living movements are eating disorders in disguise or the new form of anorexia. Eating fermented foods often accused as being a sign of unhealthy eating habits.

The thought of having a smoothie consisting of fresh vegetables, healthy fat and water not representing a healthy replacement is ridiculous. Yet big business continues to have the majority of consumers believe that replacing a meal with a smoothie is not a healthy way of eating.

In fact research and study after study show that eating clean raw vegetables and fat throughout your day provides the nutrients most of our bodies need to function optimally. Each movement offering study after study, miracle stories in the multiples and successes often beyond comprehension that when people give up processed and chemical ridden foods and begin replacing them with good fat, organic fruits and vegetables combined with protein there bodies typically lose signs of many autoimmune disorders, diabetes, psychological struggles and personality issues.

Regardless of your diet preference for many of have us consuming the amount of vegetables needed for proper nutrition can present a challenge for our taste buds and our ability to consume such a quantity in our busy lives is also an issue. Paleo Slow Cooker Spicy BBQ Herb Rubbed Pork Butt

Paleo Slow Cooker Spicy BBQ Herb Rubbed Pork Butt

We all know that barbecue is a flavor attracting many pallets. For most of us a year round season of outdoor barbecuing is simply not available. Which leaves us all to often waiting for the 1st yearly BBQ to happen. No longer is there a need for that “weather only” permitting thrill. Simply adding woodchips to a crockpot offers a fun & simple way to bring barbecue flavor to food all year long. As noted by the Hearth, Patio & Barbeque Association, for almost 30 years the barbecue industry has remained consistently strong showing that BBQ flavored cooking is here to stay and not wavering. No doubt a lot of this has to do with flavor and you don't always need a barbecue grill to achieve that delicious just cooked BBQ flavor.

This is where the Cuisinart multi-cooker comes into play. This kitchen cooker is the perfect slow cooker for so many reasons. The Brown/Sauté feature allows you to perform the tasks of Brown/Sauté right in the cooker itself immediately before slow cooking. No need for extra mess and fuss with the Cuisinart multi-cooker. Another feature that makes this cooker and all-around winner is the timer, which no doubt is the perfect feature for those days when you just need to throw it in, set and go. Added bonus is the “no need to ever worry about time you get home feature” because once the cooking cycle is done the Cuisinart multi-cooker immediately transitions into warm mode for that perfect meal every time.

As noted by Elite Daily, studies show that pallets preferring spicy are usually a determination of personality type. The spicier you like it the more adventurous and a newness junkie you are likely to be. A Paleo lifestyle may find many of you liking it hot in the spice department with the recent growth of the Paleo movement if these studies are true. The next recipe is dedicated to the spicy side of eating with a Paleo lens.

Now there are all types of spice and our own personal pallets ultimately define levels of hot. Culturally, heat provoking, spices are often found outside of traditional styles of American cuisine. When looking to incorporate spice into dishes inspiration can be found exploring many older cultures such as Indian, Spanish, Chinese and many others. By adding spice to BBQ flavor the pallet is offered a marriage of many influences producing an explosion of yum in your mouth.

What one can learn regarding spicy food is slow cooking seems to be a universal standard. The Cuisinart multi-cooker sets the perfect stage for all types of cooking, but especially cooking that requires a little palatable snap in each bite! An amazing feature about the multi-cooker relates to how the handles never get hot. No matter what phase of the cooking cycle you are in rest assured the handles remain room temperature. Not to mention how the individual timing and temperature controls allow you to regulate your dishes preparation at every turn. The Cuisinart multi-cooker allows you to be the cook every step of the way becoming the master of your creations with pride.

A gradual mild spicy dish offers an experience that almost every guest can appreciate. Rather than a meal that is hot from the 1st bite with consistency. A graduation of spice with a mild heat ceiling also allows for those with a stronger pallet tolerance to add additional spices using peppers, easy homemade Paleo condiments or store-bought natural sauces. Whatever your pallet for spice is this dish has you covered with cooking made fun and simple using the Cuisinart multi-cooker.
